There is a 4-person maximum capacity per cottage. Special arrangements available upon request
Advanced reservations will be taken throughout the year by telephone or email and confirmed when half the cottage rental plus a $200 security deposit is made. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made in the form of money order, certified check or credit card - made payable to Senecatu. Security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure.
Upon arrival, please register at the Main lake house where you will be given
the keys to the cottage.
Cancellations
A full refund will be made for reservations cancelled more than 45
days prior to your arrival.
A refund of 50% of your deposit will be made for reservations cancelled
less than 45 days prior to your arrival.
A $25 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations.
Senecatu cottages are “housekeeping cottages” – which
means that you do your own housekeeping during the week. Guests are expected
to leave the cottage broom swept clean. All dishes should be washed and
put away. Trash should be emptied and wet towels hung to dry. Final cleaning
service upon departure is included in your weekly rental rate.
ALL WATER ACTIVITIES IN AND AROUND THE LAKE ARE CONDUCTED AT YOUR OWN RISK.
NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY.
